Crime Scene Cleaner is officially getting its first paid DLC, and it’s taking things in a radioactive direction.
Developer President Studio has announced Biohazard, a brand-new expansion that introduces hazardous crime scenes, new mechanics, and a fresh storyline for Kovalsky.
In Biohazard, players are sent to clean up the aftermath of a disastrous new “miracle” fuel, Chernoxide, created by an ambitious fuel baron. After eco-terrorists sabotage the operation, radioactive contamination spreads across the city, leaving Kovalsky to contain the fallout and keep the truth hidden from the public.
To match the setting, the DLC introduces new gameplay mechanics. Players will need to use protective masks to survive in contaminated areas and deploy neutralising spray to safely remove radioactive waste.
The DLC has already been in development for some time, with its Steam page now live and surpassing 20,000 wishlists.
The announcement comes alongside the recent Act 2 update, which added five new missions and pushed Kovalsky’s story toward its current finale. With Biohazard, it’s clear the clean-up is far from over.
No release date has been confirmed yet, but players can wishlist Crime Scene Cleaner: Biohazard on Steam now.
